"Right now, as you read this, I am sifting through the contents of your computer. Yes you're computer. You. The one holding the book.
I could delete a few files, but I probably won't. I could change you're passwords and lock you out of you're own system, but I can't be bothered. I am not malicious or evil, or even particularly bad. I'll just leave, and erase all trace that I was ever there.
But I know you now. And if the time comes that I need something from you, something you might or might not not want to give up, I'll be back.

That time is coming. Sooner than you think."

Chapter 12 (Silicon Valley): This chapter begins with Sam sitting in a waiting room until he is approached by an ex-military man. The man leads him down long featureless corridors until they reach the man's office. A woman hands the man a folder that he glances at and then hands back. They go in and the man introduces himself as John Jaggard and explains the CDD (Cyber Defence Division) and that Neoh@ack and the prison were just a test. Jaggard offers him a high paying job and leads him into a circular room full of workstations occupied by Dodge, Vienna (Rock Chick Bride), and a few others including Kiwi.
